Chernish Vladimir
Born March 17, 1949 in the village Natalyne, Krasnogradsky district, Kharkov region, Ukrainian.
Higher education law in 1975 graduated from Kyiv State University, T.G. Shevchenko.
After university he worked the people's judge in Darnytsky District of Kyiv.
1977 - 1986 years - Senior Consultant, Assistant Minister, Head of Department, Deputy of the Ministry of Justice of the Ukrainian SSR.
1986 - 1990 years - Instructors state and legal department of the CC of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
Since 1990 - deputy, and then - Deputy Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, member of the Committee on Legal Policy of the State Duma of Ukraine.
Since 1993 - President of the Ukrainian Chamber of Notaries.
In 1993 - joined the working group drafting the new Law of Ukraine "About Notary".
1995 - awarded the honorary title "Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine".
1997 - Member of the Coordinating Council on judicial reform, the President of Ukraine.
1997 - Member of Commission for Europe and the Mediterranean International Union of Latin Notaries.

Stepanenko Vasily
Stepanenko Vasily was born October 12, 1951 in the village Karapyshi Myronivsky Kyiv region.
In 1972 he graduated from Chernihiv Law College, and in 1979 - Law Faculty of Kiev State University named after Shevchenko specialty "Law".
From 1982 to 1986 he worked in management positions USSR Ministry of Social Welfare.
Since 1987 in 1993 - Took part in the accident at Chernobyl.
Since 1995 began private notarial activities Slavutsky notarial district, and since 2000 and at present operates a private notary Kyiv City Notary District.
Stepanenko Vasily is a member of the Kiev branch of the Ukrainian Chamber of Notaries (Deputy chairman). Since 1996 takes part in the life of notaries of Ukraine and Kyiv. The work demonstrates the integrity, experience, high qualification and professional approach to business, is very respected colleagues.

Yakimenko Valentina
Yakimenko Valentina was born September 1, 1949 in smt Rzhishchev Kagarlitsky Kyiv region.
In 1981 graduated from Kharkov Law Institute named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky (now named after Yaroslav Mudriy), specialty "Law".
Since 1981 served as deputy head of the Kyiv State notary office, and from 1982 he was appointed chief of the same notary.
Since 2001 and at present operates a private notary Kyiv City Notary District.
Yakimenko Valentina is a member of the Kyiv branch of the Ukrainian Chamber of Notaries. Always actively involved in department activities and life in general notary capital. The work shows a great experience, high qualification and professional approach to business, is very respected colleagues.
