Kartavtsev Valery, 1949 DOB  - Head of Department, Professor, teaches discipline, "Criminal law (general part).

He graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Law, 1976, the specialty "Jurisprudence".

• In 1995 awarded the academic title of professor of criminal law and criminal procedure.
• In 1984 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences (specialty 12.00.08).
• In 1996, for personal contribution to strengthening law and order, protect the rights of citizens, high professionalism of a Presidential Decree was given the honorary title "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine".

Nikolaenko Ivan, 1930 DOB - Professor, Doctor of History, teaches discipline: "History of Ukraine", "The methodology of scientific research."

He graduated from the Zhitomir Pedagogical Institute. Franko, 1954, degree in History.

• In 1965 awarded the scientific degree of candidate of historical sciences.
• In 1984, a Doctor of Historical Sciences.
• In 1985 awarded the academic title of professor.
• In 2000 he was elected academician of Ukrainian Academy of Political Science.
• In 2006 he was elected academician of International Academy. Plato.

More than 150 scientific papers.

Didkovskaya Sofia, 1923 DOB - Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. Discipline: "Forensic medicine and forensic psychiatry.

She graduated from the Kharkov Medical Institute, 1944, specialty "Doctor".

• In 1959 awarded the scientific degree of candidate of medical sciences.
• In 1971, a Doctor of Medical Sciences.
• In 1976 awarded the academic title of professor of the specialty of forensic medicine.

More than 150 scientific papers.
