Students-masters of KUTEL participated in the V All-Ukrainian competition "Improvement of legal regulation of corporate relations"

On November 26, 2016, the V All-Ukrainian Competition "Improvement of Legal Regulation of Corporate Legal Relations" was held in the Conference Hall of the Law Institute of the State Pedagogical University of the Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk.
The event was attended by 10 best law students from all over Ukraine.
The competition was attended by undergraduate students of the law faculty of KUTEL. Igor Sidoryakin made a presentation "The Concept and Legal Nature of Abuse of Corporate Rights", where he noted that at the present stage the issue of abuse of corporate rights becomes more relevant because of the complexity of existing ones and the emergence of new ways of implementing corporate rights. Quite often it is associated with the subjective right to harm third parties. Igor revealed to us the meaning of "abuse of corporate rights" and noted that we should improve our legislation on this subject. This topic triggered a heated discussion, as a result of which the participants of the event were able to make incredible conclusions for themselves.
Shkaranda Roman opened the topic: "Mediation as a way to resolve corporate disputes", which is very relevant in our time. The novel told me that such mediation, who are such mediators, made a brief description of the bill that was devoted to this issue and described the process of mediation directly in corporate legal relations. Taking into account the relevance of this topic, many questions arose in the contestants, which Roman responded with ease.
Upon completion of the Contest, the participants received the Participant Certificate and a collection of scientific papers will be published on the results.
