Third International scientific-theoretical conference "Methodology of Private Law"

On June 10, 2016, the Third International Scientific and Theoretical Conference "Methodology of Private Law" was held at the Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law (Kyiv, General Zhmachenko Str., 26), which was dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship named after Academician F.G. Burchak, NPRr of Ukraine, during which the discussion of theoretical and methodological principles of the study of private law was held; legal provision of a market economy; improvement of the jurisdictional protection of the rights of private law subjects.
