Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law conferred the title of "Honorary Doctor of KUTEL”
We have the honour to inform that, taking into account the distinguished contribution to struggle against international terrorism, to safeguarding peace in Afghanistan, to stability and security in the region and world-wide, to promoting educational and scientific links and upbringing new generations of specialists, Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law (KUTEL) with the approval of its Academic Council conferred the title of "Honorary Doctor of KUTEL” to a prominent politician and public figure, the Vice President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mr. Marshal Mohammed Qasim Fahim.
