According to the Order of MES № 1/9-541 from 08/10/2010 KUTEL continues to set the full-time and distance learning to August 25, 2010. Mark on the back of the certificate of the Ukrainian Centre Education Quality Evaluation will not be set!

On some issues receiving
to study in higher education  

In connection with the receipt of appeals on certain matters admission to higher education, Ministry of Education explains.  

Under paragraph 5.9 Admission to higher educational institutions of Ukraine (as amended), approved by the Ministry of Education and Science from 18.09.2009 № 873, registered in the Ministry of Justice on 06.10.2009 № 930/16946 (hereinafter - the admission), transfer applicants for full-time education at the expense of individuals and entities is carried out after getting on the field of public order appropriate specialty, but no later than August 25.  

Given that some students have not passed the competitive selection of the field of public order and wish to study for a fee in other higher education institutions, Ministry of Education has no objection to admission of statements and documents and of the selection of such persons for training funds for individuals and entities subject availability of seats licensed in the university regardless of accreditation, authority and ownership. College, if necessary, may declare such admission by a committee after entering the field of public order and at the expense of individuals and entities. Admission for vacant seats at the expense of individuals and entities are rated in the order specified by sections 16-18 Admission no later than August 25, 2010.  

In case of failure of an order for teaching job production, reception which was carried out in a date certain for full-time teaching, MES, as an exception allows admission of additional statements and documents for competitive selection and admission to the August 25, 2010 to persons specified categories.  

For the applicants referred to the third and fourth paragraphs of this letter, mark the back of the certificate of the application and the documents for admission can not be set. 

The Ministry also stresses strict adherence to the requirements for forming and correcting the list of recommended adjustments identified Admissions MON clarification letter from 02.08.2010 № 1/9-519. In particular, observe the five-day deadline for the submission of original documents after the publication of lists of persons recommended for acceptance and order form list. Not allowed to transfer people from the bottom of the list only because they have already submitted the original documents.
